I've spent nearly a decade doing one thing really well: taking complicated, high-stakes information and making it make sense. Turns out, that's a lot harder than it looks, and I'm obsessed with it.

I started in TV news, which is basically a masterclass in staying calm while everything is on fire. Four stations. Three states. Thousands of stories. I covered federal infrastructure fights, first-of-its-kind clinical trials, housing crises, and public health emergencies, all on deadline, all on camera, all with no room for "actually, can I have five more minutes?" My reporting reached audiences in 50+ U.S. markets through national syndication and earned an Emmy nomination along the way.

But the part I loved most? The people. I got to walk into strangers' lives on their best days and their worst, and do my best to tell their truth. That's not a small thing. And that instinct, to find the human story inside the complex system, is exactly what I bring to strategic communications now.

These days I work with executives, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to build messaging that actually lands. I've done it across public policy, healthcare, environmental infrastructure, and AI/tech platforms.

I work fast, think strategically, and genuinely love the moment a complicated thing becomes suddenly clear.
